We cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions, and cannot be held responsible should any occur.
Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of general dissatisfaction, allergic reaction, if a product does not resonate with your skin and/or on used products.

For hygiene and safety reasons returns are not accepted unless we sent you the wrong product or the product is faulty so please choose carefully.

If something arrives damaged we will send you a replacement at our cost. Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage.
Goods will be considered to have been delivered in full in good condition unless Customer notifies SoSimple Ltd in writing of any shortfall, damage or defect within 2 business days of delivery.
Enquiries can take up to 10 days to investigate for domestic items and up to 90 days for international items as Overseas Postal Authorities are involved in the process.
